📦 Vusari Return & Refund Policy

At Vusari, we deeply value our customers and aim to provide a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. Every saree and product is carefully inspected before dispatch, but in case of any issue, we’re here to assist you with patience and care.

✅ Conditions for Return

  1. Unpacking Video Required

    • A clear unboxing/unpacking video is mandatory, starting from the moment you open the package.

    • This video will serve as proof in case of any damage or defect.

  2. Valid Reasons for Return

    • Returns are accepted only if there is a manufacturing defect or if a mistake has been made from our side (wrong product, wrong color, missing items, etc.).

    • Returns are not accepted for reasons like change of mind, dislike of color/design, or personal preferences.

  3. Return Shipping Process

    • If return pick-up is available from our side, we will arrange it for you.

    • If not, customers are kindly requested to send the parcel to our provided return address.

  4. Refund Timeline

    • Refunds are initiated only after the returned product is received and inspected at our office.

    • Please allow 20–25 working days for the return to reach us and for the refund to be processed.


⚠️ Important Points to Note

  • Products must be returned in unused condition with all original tags, packaging, and accessories intact.

  • Returns without a proper unboxing video will not be eligible.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

  • Exchange or replacement will be subject to product availability.

  • In case of any dispute, Vusari reserves the right to take the final decision.
