Unpacking Video Required

A clear unboxing/unpacking video is mandatory, starting from the moment you open the package.

This video will serve as proof in case of any damage or defect.

Valid Reasons for Return

Returns are accepted only if there is a manufacturing defect or if a mistake has been made from our side (wrong product, wrong color, missing items, etc.).

Returns are not accepted for reasons like change of mind, dislike of color/design, or personal preferences.

Return Shipping Process

If return pick-up is available from our side, we will arrange it for you.

If not, customers are kindly requested to send the parcel to our provided return address.

Refund Timeline

Refunds are initiated only after the returned product is received and inspected at our office.

Please allow 20–25 working days for the return to reach us and for the refund to be processed.
